Egg Diary, Week 4:

Egg Diary, Week 4:

heeeeeeyyyyyyyyyy kids. So...another delicious update for you. Hope this brightens your Tuesday. Ok, so for this entry, we're thinking we'll give our recipe in a little more detail than usual. We don't want to give away ALL our secrets, but this once could be helpful.

-Ok, start by putting the number of eggs you want in a pan, and completely submerge them in water.
-Once the water is boiling, set the timer for 7-9 minutes at a moderate/high temperature.
-When they've boiled, drain the hot water and let them cool in cold water for about 2 minutes. -After cooling, gently crack to remove shells, and then rinse eggs to remove any leftover shell chips from the whites.
-Cut the eggs in half and remove the inner yellow part from the eggs with a spoon.
-Mix with mayonnaise. As we did this particular week, add white pepper and balsamic vinegar to taste.
-Thoroughly mix together and spoon back into egg whites.
-Sprinkle paprika as always, and enjoy!

Well, hope you love this one kids. Tune in next week for another smashing success!

Egg Diary, Week 3:

This week was certainly a raging success compared to last week's relative travesty. In this recipe we included our usual amount of mayonnaise, salsa, onions (finely diced in an amount about the amount of a dime), salt and paprika on top. This may have been our greatest success to date as far as taste, texture, and overall genius.

We have included pictures of this dish as a testament to the excellency of this particular mixture. We hope our small note and beautiful visuals here help you on your own path to deviled egg supremacy.

Egg Diary, Week 2:

Last week we prepared another wonderful selection of deviled eggs. We made the "innards" with a mixture of mayonnaise, mustard, a mixture of Taco Bell sauces (feel free to create any combination of them), and salt (surprisingly, no paprika!)

We would not classify this as one of our better recipes, probably due to the lack of paprika!
